What a Day!!

Why is it that no one recognized my effort when i performed well but get blamed when something went wrong?

I think many others experienced this too and would agree that the feeling is horrible. Most of the time when you performed or did something commendable at work, your boss/bosses will not praise you as they thought that this is what you should be doing. But if something were to cock up, do you know who will get the blame? WE!!!

Many people thought i am having an easy time working in my own family's business.
